local config와 state를 초기화합니다. (CLI 설치는 유지)

openclaw backup create
openclaw reset
openclaw reset --dry-run
openclaw reset --scope config+creds+sessions --yes --non-interactive

local state를 지우기 전에 복원 가능한 snapshot이 필요하다면 먼저 openclaw backup create를 실행하세요.
