OpenClaw가 startup 시 무엇을 해야 하는지 짧고 명시적인 지시로 적으세요(`hooks.internal.enabled` 활성화).
작업이 메시지를 보내는 경우 message tool을 사용한 뒤 `NO_REPLY`로 응답하세요.
